Watching her grow...

Here she is just minutes after arriving into the world on September 13th, 2007.

Just an Intro

I am going to start blogging about anything and everything, just to keep anyone who cares in the loop. I am going to start with this first as an introduction for those who do not know me or my family, and also for some background for those who do.
My name is Jody, I am a 23 year old mom of 1 little girl, and about to get married (in 18 days) to my love of 6 years, Noel. I was born in Portland,Oregon and raised here in different areas around portland. I graduated in 2004 from Sam Barlow, and then from Mount Hood Community College in 2008 with my Practical Nursing Certificate. Probably not a whole lot of this is really interesting to anyone lol....but the part where it gets good is on September 13th, 2007. A day that changed my life forever, for the better. That is the day I become a mother. I gave birth to Isabella Madison Ramirez at 2:18am after four hours of hard labor and nine+ attempts to get some pain relief from an epidural. She was the most amazing gift I have ever been given. So perfect, I remember just staring at her and not wanting to let anyone hold her. It has been a little more than 19 months since we first met, and I am amazed still everyday by this little girl. She is so smart, beautiful, and amazing. I am not sure there are even words that express what I feel about her. I am going to post another blog later so everyone can see the amazing little girl I have as she has grown throughout the last 19 months.
